No — the shop is open Monday to Friday only, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Orders placed outside these hours are processed on the next working day.

Do you deliver, or do I need to collect?

Both. You can collect in person from our Arch 5 shop during opening hours, or we can arrange same day motorbike/van courier delivery to any London postcode. For orders outside London, we offer DHL next working day delivery UK-wide.

What file formats do you accept?

Orders placed through our website must be supplied as PDF. Our File Checking Service is available on every product — we review your artwork before we print, and contact you if anything needs adjusting. If you’re not sure whether your file is print-ready, contact us before placing your order and we’ll advise.

Do you offer discounts for larger print runs?

Yes. Pricing for larger volume products on our website scales automatically by quantity, so larger orders are cheaper per unit. For bulk or commercial orders, contact us for a bespoke quote.
